We are helping CERN develop a communication strategy for 2016 and beyond. We embarked on a process of message development and stakeholder research with CERN staff, users and the European science community to inform the development of a strategy for how CERN will be positioned over the next five years of its operations. We also developed a plan for internal communications that advised on how to move to a cutting edge digital system to keep all of the CERN community informed of important news.

AprilSix Proof has been the PR engine behind the UK’s most successful campaign to find new talent for the country’s cyber security industry, the Cyber Security Challenge UK. Since launching to the public in July 2010 the story of the Challenge has been covered by national newspapers, TV news channels, trade magazines and industry websites. It has also built a huge online following through a programme of strategic social media activity aimed at recruiting candidates. The initial plans for the Challenge put hopes for first year candidates in the hundreds. Within three weeks of its initial launch more than 4,000 people had registered to take part.
