Proof will conduct a consultative process with CERN staff and external stakeholders before developing a communications strategy for the next 5 years and a communications plan for 2016 activity. The strategy will recommend how CERN can maintain its reputation and position itself for the post LHC era. A combined Proof and April Six team will also recommend how to implement best in class internal communications solutions on the most cutting edge digital platforms.
Jim Sutton, Director at Proof said “It’s very exciting to be working with one of the most inspirational scientific research facilities in the world. CERN is the organisation that hosts the LHC, invented the World Wide Web and is carrying out a huge range of research to explain the origins and nature of our universe. We have spent more than a decade building our reputation as the specialist STEM communications agency, and winning this project from CERN is a great reward for our work. It’s a wonderful addition to our science portfolio.”
Earlier this year Proof won the inaugural CIPR award for Best STEM campaign and works with some of the most respected science organisations in Europe such as the National Physical Laboratory (UK), European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, Institut Laue Langevin and European Science Foundation.
Proof works across technology, science and engineering with major clients in each sector. Proof is part of global technology marketing company April Six, who were recently named as B2B Marketing Agency of the Year and together they are able to offer integrated communications and marketing campaigns.
